FERRARI 330 GT 2+2 Mk II
Blue paintwork with Blue VM3015 leather interior. ThIS 1966 330 GT 2+2 Mk II is a rare model, in fact only 36 UK right hand drive examples were ever made. A practical 2+2 Ferrari with more power than the 250 GTE and many improvements including 5 speed gearbox, revised suspension and upgraded brakes.
This particular example was originally supplied by Maranello concessionaires to a Mr Hawkins from Clifton, Bristol and has had various owners since including Jay Kay of Jamiroquai fame who purchased the car in 1996. There is an excellent history overview of 7849 on the 330GT register website and the car comes with a good file of invoices and MOTs over many years as well as original parts book and operations manual.
This car is a great example of a driveable classic Ferrari, and to the best of our knowledge has never been fully restored. It drives nicely and although it would benefit from some cosmetic TLC on the paintwork, the leather looks to be original and shows wonderful Patina which you just cannot replicate.
We have looked after the car for the current owner for the last four years and completed a rear suspension overhaul, gearbox overhaul as well as regular servicing and is believed to have a genuine mileage of 45,297.
An excellent opportunity of ownership of a 1960’s Ferrari.
